Hanoi city police issued a wanted notice for Bui Thi Kim Lien, 26 years old, formerly residing in Xuan Thuy commune, Xuan Truong district, Nam Dinh; currently registered in Xuan Giang commune, Ninh Binh, Vietnam.
Vietnamese detective agency, this person is wanted for the accusation of “concealing criminals”.
According to the investigation results, on April 18, 2023, a group led by Vu Duc Tan, 30 years old, from Nam Dinh, used weapons to cause a brawl on Bui Xuan Trach street (old Thanh Xuan district), Hanoi.
After committing the crime, Tan fled the scene, Hanoi private detective.
Tan was rented a motel by Bui Thi Kim Lien to hide, in order to help him escape capture.
The investigation agency issued a decision to prosecute Lien on June 25, 2024, but when the agency arrived at the registered address, this person had left, so on July 4, 2024, a wanted notice was issued.
Hanoi Police request that anyone who discovers or has information related to Bui Thi Kim Lien proactively report immediately to the authorities via phone number 0936 002668.
