At the police station, the two suspects identified as the masterminds behind the public disturbance at a coffee shop in Ho Chi Minh City admitted to their actions.
According to their initial statements, the incident stemmed from a prior personal conflict, Vietnam detective agency.
They then gathered a group of accomplices, prepared weapons, and went to the coffee shop to settle the dispute.
Upon arrival, the group shouted, vandalized property, and assaulted people present at the scene, causing chaos and seriously affecting public order and security in the area.
Authorities determined that the two suspects played leading roles, directly organizing and participating in the disturbance.
Several other individuals involved have also been summoned for further investigation.
The case is currently under further investigation as authorities continue to collect evidence and proceed in accordance with the law.
