Pham Minh Quang tricked the owner of the car out first and then ran away from Phu Ly city to Hanoi.
Quang, 31 years old, and Hieu, 23 years old, both live in Thuong Tin, Hanoi, Vietnam.
These two people were arrested by the police of Phu Ly City, Ha Nam on December 16, 2023, to investigate the act of robbery.
At the investigating agency, Quang confessed to the case.
A person in Phu Ly sold a Santafe car, Quang invited Hieu to go with him, pretended to buy it and then tried to appropriate it.
