Four fraudulent delivery staff were arrested in An Giang province, Vietnam. Newsletter of agencies providing private detective services and agencies providing personal investigation services in Vietnam.
Nguyen Quoc Khanh, Bui Dang Khoa, Doan Phuoc Toan and Nguyen Huu Loc were temporarily arrested by Long Xuyen City Police, Vietnam.
These people were arrested for property embezzlement. Loc was additionally charged with theft of property.
The defendants were originally delivery staff of An Giang Branch of Express Delivery Service Joint Stock Company.
Investigating the case, from April to August 2023, these four employees appropriated 16-55 million VND in goods, respectively, without paying them to the company according to regulations.
Loc stole 3 orders to appropriate 10 million VND and appropriated 84 failed delivery packages worth 27 million VND.
At the investigation agency, the defendants admitted the above crimes.
