Son contacted Luong Chi Nguyen and asked to “sell” N., then Nguyen introduced him to Nguyen Thi Hoa Mi.
Mi sent the photo to Phung Tuan Anh and he agreed to buy it for 9 million VND.
Tuan Anh took N. to work as a waiter at a karaoke bar in Bu Dang district. Victims continued to be sold into many karaoke bars in Binh Phuoc province.
Thuy called Le Pham Tuan and said that if he wanted to receive N., he would pay Thuy 57 million VND.
Tuan informed Le Kim Duyen that he agreed to accept N. to work.
The incident was discovered by the authorities, during the investigation process, defendant Le Kim Duyen complained.
