On July 7, police in Phu Tho ward, Ho Chi Minh city, began investigating a case in which a car was vandalized while parked in a residential alley.
According to the report by Mr. D. 33 years old, he discovered that his 7-seater vehicle had been smeared with adhesive glue and had metal pieces stuck to its body.
The car was parked in an alley in Phu Tho ward, where he regularly parks without any previous incidents.
Ho Chi Minh detective, after discovering the damage, Mr. D. reported it to local police.
Officers arrived at the scene to document the incident and collect his statement.
Residents in the area said cars often park in the alley, but this is the first time they have witnessed such an act of vandalism.
Authorities in Phu Tho ward are reviewing surveillance camera footage in an effort to identify the perpetrator.
