At that time, Mr. V.V.B, in a drunken state, went to Mr. V.’s house to cause trouble, and an argument broke out.
Duc, Mr. V.’s nephew, used his hands, a metal walking stick and a plastic pipe to hit B. many times.
Vietnamese detective, as a result, B. was injured, with a body injury rate of 11%.
Previously, Duc had a criminal record for intentionally causing injury, detective in Vietnam.
The case file has been transferred from Hung Phu commune police to the Investigation Police agency of Hung Yen provincial police for further handling according to the provisions of law.
