Hai Duong provincial police have just issued a decision to prosecute Doan Van Nhat (Hai Phong city, Vietnam) and Pham Van Thuc (Ha Long city, Quang Ninh, Vietnam).
These two people were prosecuted for the crime of Robbery, due to their previous actions.
The two subjects took advantage of the area of Duong Rong cemetery, Hai Duong, to approach a woman who was wearing jewelry.
They controlled and robbed her of a gold necklace and earrings.
The property was then sold at a gold shop in Hai Phong for 18 million VND and then divided among themselves to spend.
Through investigation, both subjects had criminal records related to robbery and theft.
Pham Van Thuc had one previous conviction for robbery, one previous conviction for theft; and Doan Van Nhat had two previous convictions for theft.
