Hanoi city police said that the Hoan Kiem district police investigation agency is investigating the complaint against Tran Khanh Vy.
Tran Khanh Vy, 21 years old, in Ward 5, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam, committed property appropriation.
Vy had the act of appropriating more than 700 million VND by receiving money to buy tickets for singer Taylor Swift’s music show, from 48 people living in Hanoi City, Vietnam.
Vietnamese detective agency, authorities have not yet determined where Tran Khanh Vy is.
To serve the investigation, Hoan Kiem District Police decided to search for Tran Khanh Vy.
Authorities request that anyone who knows information about Vy immediately report to Hoan Kiem district police, Hanoi, Vietnam.
