Hue Police received the report from Ms. P.T.N.Q. about someone claiming to be an officer of the unit’s general investigation team.
This person called himself Ho Sy Nguyen, contacted Ms. Q. and gave her a police card with a picture of this person wearing a military uniform, a summons, and a phone number.
This person repeatedly invited Ms. Q to come to the coffee shop to work.
Hue City Police investigated and verified the subject impersonating Van Huu Long, residing in Thuy Bang commune, Hue city.
Long confessed to pretending to be a police officer to approach female students for bad purposes.
Long went to the store to make copies of the fake documents and take photos to make them fake.
The police continue to investigate to handle the case in accordance with the law in Vietnam.
