Accordingly, the 9-year-old boy was repeatedly beaten by his stepfather Le Duc Thang, 42 years old, while living together.
Thang was summoned by the police of Tan Thien ward, Dong Xoai city, Vietnam to clarify the act of abusing the boy.
According to the investigation, Thang kicked and punched his stepchild A, 9 years old, from Quang Ngai, in the face.
The stepfather beat and dragged the child on the floor, the incident was recorded by security cameras.
A was taken to the emergency room by relatives with multiple soft tissue injuries. On March 11, 2024, the child named A was discharged from the hospital.
