Players in Mong Cai City and Hai Ha district of Quang Ninh province have since then spread their legs to neighboring provinces such as Hai Phong, Hai Duong and other localities.
Quang Ninh Provincial Police organized the case, simultaneously summoned and arrested 15 subjects to fight.
The case is still being further investigated by Vietnamese private detectives.
