Vinh city, Vietnam police have just initiated a case, prosecuted the accused and issued a temporary detention order against three women.
Vietnam detective agency, these three people are: Nguyen Thi Lieu, Nguyen Thi An, Nguyen Thi Xuan, they all live in Nghi Loc district for the crime of property theft.
The investigation agency of the case of three women, who committed three thefts of underground power cables and grounding wires at traffic construction sites.
The thefts took place between 1:30 and 2:15 a.m. to avoid detection, Vietnamese detectives service.
The stolen power cables were cut short by the subjects to be transported to Nguyen Van Cay’s scrap collection facility for sale.
All three women were arrested on October 1, the police seized two pairs of pliers and some evidence that the subjects had not yet sold.
The assets include nearly 7,000m of underground power cables and grounding wires, worth about 1.5 billion VND. The three women admitted to the crime.
The police investigation agency also prosecuted and temporarily detained Nguyen Van Cay for the crime of Receiving property obtained by crime.
